PORTO ROTONDO
Day 2 – In 1964 two Italian architects engineered a little Venice on the Mediterranean Sea. A visual spectacular of pretty piazzas and wooden bridges that loop around a dozen beaches a lapping bay. Life radiates from the pavement cafés of la piazzetta along a series of flower-filled lanes. An impossibly elegant marina where discreet sun-seekers come to play. Porto Rotondo is blessed with some of the Mediterranean’s finest beaches. Cala Banana is a yellow curve of soft sand, juxtaposed against a cobalt blue. Spiaggia Di Mannena- known locally as le picine- a swimming pool lagoon of transparent sea.

PORTO CERVO
Day 3 – Porto Cervo appears on the Costa Smeralda Coastline like a decadent mirage. This elegant harbour distils the ultimate in luxury lifestyle into one petite package. The Passegiata promenade winds through the resort, over wooden bridges and turquoise creeks, past restaurant terraces and blissful boutiques. The surrounding Costa Smeralda was the luxurious brainchild of the Aga Khan. His highness was smitten by the clarity of local water, which warm currents melt into an emerald hue. The dozen beaches around Porto Cervo are a seventh heaven of ice-white coves and translucent seas, with zero development in sight. LA MADDALENA
Day 4 – Imagine a Thai-style archipelago in Bahama-Blue seas, blessed with Italian cuisine. Welcome to the Maddalena islands, nature’s gift to yachtsmen. This seven island chain basks in its own protected marine park, midway between Corsica and Sardinia. Its 50 beaches are ice-white, silky soft reassuringly private. Half are accessible only by boat. The islands of Razzoli, Budelli and Spargi share 50 km of Pristine coastline, yet are inhabited only by shearwaters, finches and gulls. Swim ashore trough turquoise shallows to the five beaches Santa Maria islands. Yours will be the only footsteps there. On beachy Santo Stefano island a world of exploration awaits. CAVALLO
Day 5 – Welcome to Cavallo an island paradise. The Island is part of the Nature Reserve of the Strait of Bonifacio. The deep sea surrounding the island hid dangerous obstacles for navigators, earning the island the nickname “The Cursed Siren.” It is known from history when ancient Rome sent prisoners there to cut granite for monuments. Nowadays Cavallo is mostly privately owned. There is also a commercial area with a restaurant and a shop, along with the luxury Hotel & Spa des Pêcheurs. Paradise is situated midway between Corsica and Sardinia. Few locations on the Earth offer the chance to escape from the crowd and to relax in peace, there is tranquillity assured, only electric cars and bicycles are allowed. To Bonifacio 8NM.
BONIFACIO
Day 6 – Bonifacio, the city south tip of Corsica offers yachtsmen a breathtaking welcome. It has a spectacular location on white limestone cliffs, sculpted and undercut by the sea, so the buildings overhang the edge. The Port is a pleasant area for strolling and eating in waterfront bars and restaurants. Looming above it, the Citadel or “Haute Ville” is the walled old town, a warren of alleyways, restaurants, museums and historic sites.

Day 7 – Port de Plaisance de Propriano or Port de Propriano is located in the commune with the same name, in the department of Corse-du-Sud on the island of Corsica. With its array of tempting restaurants and buzzing café terraces lining the marina, Propriano. It is a popular resort oozing a real traditional feel and relaxed atmosphere – the perfect place to lounge, indulge yourself with a lazy lunch or simply watch the world go by. It is also an important departure point for yacht trips and water sports.
