Short-term yacht charter booking and cancellation conditions
Payment of the 30% prepayment invoice will confirm your booking!
Booking
– The reservation is confirmed by a 30% prepayment.
– The remaining amount is due 14 days before the cruise.
– 100% prepayment for bookings made less than 14 days before departure.
– 100% advance payment for on-board orders (meals and drinks).
Cancellation
– In case of cancellation up to 14 days in advance, we will refund 70% of the total cost of the cruise.
– If canceled less than 14 days in advance, the prepayment will not be refunded.
– Cancellation of on-board orders (meals and drinks) according to the terms and conditions of the service provider.
Weather conditions
– In case of a storm (wind over 12m / s) we agree on a new cruise time subject to availability.
– In case of rain, the date of the reservation can be changed by mutual agreement and subject to availability.
– In the event of a storm, wind over 12m/s and rain shortly before the cruise departure date postponed cruise, the amount of on-board orders (meals and drinks) are not refundable. The on-board order remains to the customer.
